This sprint is intentionally different from information-led or motivational programmes. It uses real-time physiological insight alongside leadership profiling to identify what is driving performance variability and what stabilises it. 

  • Leadership traits (GC Index) to clarify how a leader creates impact at their best 

  • Physiological state (e.g continuous glucose monitor, CGM) to reveal patterns in energy and stress in real time 

FLAIR uniquely connects trait and state, then works with the leader to build practical changes that improve capacity both within a normal working week, and when challenges arise.
